We provide austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, nickel-based alloy, and Monel alloy-based welded pipes and seamless pipes. Other alloys and sizes can also be used according to requirements. We are able to supply up to 35.000 ft rolls in three main forms: seamless, welded and redrawn, and welded and floating plug drawn.
Coiled tubing is a jointless tubing formed by welding several sections of flexible tubing, each longer than 100 meters, through butt welding or inclined welding. The length can vary from hundreds of meters to several kilometers. For acidic environments, we have developed high-chromium alloy and titanium alloy tubing.
Encapsulated cable is a variant used to handle harsher environments in oil and gas reservoirs. Metals such as stainless steel and nickel-based alloys are used to protect the cables, with an additional polymer layer providing further mechanical protection. We have the capability to provide PDC/TEC and flat pack control lines.
