We supply various kinds of reamer shoes; ultra-high speed reamer shoes, telescopic, and static reamer shoes to aid running casings to Total Depth (TD).
Our top-of-the-line, ultra-high speed reamer shoes are infinitely customizable, along with low flow activation and low-pressure tool capable of sustaining high axial loads due to its upper and lower ball bearing assembly and a stabilizing radial bearing just above the nose.
There are 4 models divided into 2 variants: drillable and non-drillable. Drillable systems have drillable internals and nose, whereas the non-drillable systems are made from steel.
When the condition doesn’t allow the possibility to circulate mud, we offer mechanical rotating reamer shoes capable up to 1800° of rotational cycles with each full reciprocation of the tool.
Non-drillable variant comes standard with TCIs around and on the eccentric nose, while the drillable variant is fitted with rounded ball tip to the guide pins to improve friction as they are reciprocating.
Utilizing the exact same cutting structure of our top-of-the-line, hydraulically powered reamer shoes, this static version requires string rotation to ream through ledges, fill, or obstructions.
The cutting structure are made entirely out of Tungsten Carbide Inserts (TCIs) to reduce friction, thus the torque needed. TCIs are also less susceptible to sharp variations in temperature and less likely to sidetrack. They also come in drillable and non-drillable variants.
